Create a New Spectra Installer Account

A Spectra Installer account lets you manage your services, bill pay, communications preferences and more, right from your online browser. You can create a new Spectrum Business online account using either your contact or account information. 

Using your email address or phone number:

1. Go to the sign-in page and select Create a Username.
2. Select Contact Info and enter the primary phone number or email address associated with your account.
3. Confirm that you’re not a robot and select Continue.
4. Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call.
5. Enter the code on the next screen.
6. Check Your Info: First name, last name, contact email address and phone number.
7. Choose Your Username: You can use your email address or phone number, or create a username.
8. Enter Your Password: Create a password (follow the guidelines to create a strong password) and select your security question and answer.

Using your account information:

1. Go to the sign-in page and select Create a Username.
2. Select Account Info and enter your Account Number and Security Code, located on your bill.
3. Confirm that you’re not a robot and select Continue.
4. Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call.
5. Enter the code on the next screen.
6. Check Your Info: First name, last name, contact email address and phone number.
7. Choose Your Username: You can use your email address or phone number, or create a username.
8. Enter Your Password: Create a password (follow the guidelines to create a strong password), select your security question and answer.

Note: We recommend the owner of the business creates the account so that you can easily reset any and all passwords, if necessary.
