- On the Spectra Installer sign-in page, select Forgot Username or Password?
- Follow the prompts.
Retrieve your username or reset your password
Using Contact Info:
- Select Contact Info and enter an email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Confirm that you’re not a robot.
- Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account.
- Then Verify Your Identity. Choose whether you’d like to receive your verification code via text message, email or phone call.
- Enter the verification code on the next screen. Here, you can choose to sign in or Reset Your Password.
Using Account Information:
- Select Account Info and enter your Account Number and Security Code (found on your bill).
- Confirm that you’re not a robot.
- Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account.
- Then Verify Your Identity. Choose whether you’d like to receive your verification code via text message, email or phone call.
- Enter the verification code on the next screen. Here, you can choose to sign in or Reset Your Password.
