How to Retrieve Your Username and Reset Your Password

1. On the Spectra Installer sign-in page, select Forgot Username or Password?
2. Follow the prompts.

Using Contact Info:

1. Select Contact Info and enter an email address or phone number associated with your account.
2. Confirm that you’re not a robot.
3. Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account.
4. Then Verify Your Identity. Choose whether you’d like to receive your verification code via text message, email or phone call.
5. Enter the verification code on the next screen. Here, you can choose to sign in or Reset Your Password.

Using Account Information:

1. Select Account Info and enter your Account Number and Security Code (found on your bill).
2. Confirm that you’re not a robot.
3. Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account.
4. Then Verify Your Identity. Choose whether you’d like to receive your verification code via text message, email or phone call.
5. Enter the verification code on the next screen. Here, you can choose to sign in or Reset Your Password.
